How the AI phone works
When someone calls while you are in the kitchen or on the floor, the AI answers, talks to the guest, checks what is free and takes the booking. The booking ends up in the same book as web and WhatsApp bookings, so staff can see and edit it. Guests keep calling your number.
Croatian, English, German and Italian
The voice assistant follows the guest's language: Croatian, English, German and Italian, the same four as the booking page. The booking page also has an AI chat that answers questions and books free times in the guest's language, and a Talk to us button with the same voice as on the phone.
When the guest asks for a person
You choose what happens: the AI gives the guest your restaurant's number (free), takes a message, or transfers the call to a person at the restaurant (€0.60 per minute of transferred call).
Pricing: per minute, no bundles
The AI phone assistant costs €0.25 per minute, and the AI phone number €10 a month while the assistant is on. No plan includes bundles of minutes; usage is billed on the next monthly invoice, up to a monthly limit you set yourself (€50 by default, one limit for AI, phone and SMS). Prices exclude VAT. The trial includes 10 phone minutes.
What the AI does not do for you
The AI phone takes calls and bookings; it does not run the restaurant. You set booking rules, capacity and pacing in the availability controls, and the AI follows them. Like any automated system it can make mistakes, which is why everything it enters is visible in the reservation book.
