One reservation book for every channel
Bookings from your website, the phone and WhatsApp, bookings the AI assistant takes, and walk-ins all land in the same day view and monthly calendar. A change on one device shows up on all of them at once, so there are no double entries and no bookings left in a paper diary.
Availability controls: you decide how many guests you take
Opening hours per day, closed dates, evening capacity and slot pacing (covers per time slot) are yours to set. You can also cap the largest party that can book online and block slots by party size, so the floor and the kitchen never get more than they can handle.
A booking page in four languages, even without a website
Every restaurant gets its own booking page (restaurant.table-rush.com) in Croatian, English, German and Italian. You do not need a website to take online bookings. Source links (website, Instagram, Facebook, Google) show where each booking came from.
Confirmations and reminders from your own number
Confirmations, declines with a reason and reminders with Confirm and Cancel buttons go out through the official WhatsApp Business API from your own number, or by SMS or e-mail; you choose the channel. Guest e-mails are included in every plan, SMS is charged per message (€0.12), and Meta bills WhatsApp conversations directly to you.

How much does a restaurant reservation system cost?

Is there a fee per booked guest?
No. Table Rush has no per-cover fee and no fee per booking; you pay the flat monthly price of your plan. Online ordering has no commission either; for card payments Stripe charges only its own card processing fee.
Which languages can guests book in?
The booking page works in Croatian, English, German and Italian. The staff interface is in Croatian and English.
Can phone bookings and walk-ins go into the same book?
Yes. Web, phone, WhatsApp, the AI assistant and walk-ins all land in the same day view and monthly calendar, so the whole team reads the same list.
Do I need a website to take online bookings?
No. Every restaurant has its own booking page at restaurant.table-rush.com, and source links show whether guests come from Instagram, Facebook, Google or your website. If you have a website, put a link to the booking page on it.
