A floor plan by sections and days
You arrange tables into sections (dining room, terrace, bar) and set a base layout plus a separate layout per day. Tables can be joined for a larger party. Arrivals and soft table holds (a temporary hold while you wait for confirmation) are part of the same view. The floor plan is in all plans.
Table suggestion: the smallest free table that fits
On Pro the system knows the seats at every table and the turn time per party size, and suggests the smallest free table that fits: no overlaps and no wasted seats. You still decide; the suggestion helps with the seating.
Walk-ins in the same view
Walk-ins are handled in the same day view as bookings, so you see how much room is really free before you seat or turn away a party.
Live on every device
A change on one device shows up on all of them at once: on the tablet at the door, on the manager's phone and on the office computer. The Live view, who is signed in and on which device, is on Pro and up.
How much capacity went unused
Capacity utilisation analytics show how full every day and time slot was, and where capacity was left unused. That tells you which slots to open and which to close.

Can I join tables for a large party?
Yes. Joined tables are part of the floor plan in all plans.
Can I have a separate summer terrace layout?
You can have sections (for example a terrace) and a base layout plus a separate layout per day, so the layout can differ from day to day.
How do I seat walk-ins?
Walk-ins land in the same day view as the other bookings, together with arrivals and soft table holds.
Can I see unused capacity?
Yes. Capacity utilisation analytics show how full each day and time slot was, and the unused capacity, in all plans.
